Nolvadex is a medication containing an anti-estrogenic, anti-estrogenic and anti-hormonal agent that has been shown to reduce the incidence of breast cancer in postmenopausal women (). The first-line treatment for breast cancer was the use of tamoxifen and anastrozole (). Anastrozole is a reversible inhibitor of aromatase, which is responsible for the conversion of androgens to estrogen in breast tissue. Tamoxifen lowers estrogen levels in breast tissue by blocking estrogen receptors and increasing the production of estrogen in breast cells (). The use of exemestane has been associated with an increased risk of endometrial cancer in postmenopausal women (). However, its use in the context of breast cancer treatment is controversial and its benefits are unclear. In addition, the safety profile of exemestane has not been studied and there is no consensus regarding its use in this context. Therefore, this review aims to present a comprehensive review of the data available on the safety profile of exemestane for breast cancer treatment. Our systematic review was based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement (see ).

The literature review was performed to collect all relevant data for the literature review. The primary focus was on the use of Tamoxifen or Aromatase-2 as adjuvant therapy for breast cancer. The evidence was derived from published and unpublished literature and the quality of evidence was evaluated using the PRISMA statement. All included studies were included in this review. The review included all available studies that met the inclusion criteria or were published in English in any language. The review included all studies in which the dose of the drug was fixed. The following outcomes were analyzed: the primary outcome (adjuvant therapy): the primary end point (adjuvant therapy versus no therapy). The secondary outcome (adjuvant therapy versus no therapy): the secondary end point (adjuvant therapy versus no therapy). The primary outcomes were the primary end points for the analysis of the data. The data was extracted from the databases, and the following outcomes were analyzed: the primary end points (adjuvant therapy versus no therapy): the primary end point for the analysis of the data. Nolvadex, also known by its generic name tamoxifen, is a medication primarily used for treating male pattern baldness androgenetic alopecia. Tamoxifen, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that works by blocking estrogen receptors in the body, has been a staple of both clinical and historical accounts. This selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) has been known to possess various applications, such as in treating various cancers and inflammatory conditions. Nolvadex is known for its potent action against the hormone estrogen, which is responsible for regulating various bodily functions. Its potency is due to its ability to effectively target and inhibit the growth of specific tissues and organs.
In comparison, tamoxifen, also known by its generic name tamoxifen, is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that works by binding to estrogen receptors, effectively blocking estrogenic effects.
